Zen Attitude at work
To further promote well-being in the workplace, Seed Factory will be offering a relaxation pop-up in its premises from 2020 onwards.
Among the first services to be offered will be Psio, an innovative device harnessing the virtues and power of new light therapy technologies, combined with relaxation guided by sound (and voice).
This helps manage the winter blues and overwork, while generating alertness, concentration and energy recovery.
Reducing stress at work is one of the experiences available to coworkers (or clients, staff...) and will be presented by Frédéric Fontana from Psychomed, accompanied by Axel Timmermans.
The presentation will be followed by the opening of a schedule of free discovery sessions the following week.
