The Cartoonist, Cartoon Press Belgium and the Maison de l'Image join forces for this major exhibition on press cartoons in Belgium, Europe and the rest of the world.
For the organizers, the expression Breaking News can be understood in three complementary ways: Firstly, drawings or images concerning breaking news, or events in the process of happening.
Secondly, drawings or pictures of very important events in the story.
Thirdly, news isn't always funny, so why not imagine imaginary, unusual, utopian, even zany Breaking News?
